  • Upload Letter & Resume: Complete and submit the online application then upload a letter of intent and recent resume with your most relevant work experience.

Once all the above items are completed, only then will you be considered a potential candidate for employment and your complete application pack will sent to and reviewed by 211TBC staff. Only qualified candidates based on testing and resume with complete applications and relevant experience will be invited for a first interview.

To Be Hired:

To officially start your position with 2-1-1 TBC, you must:

  • Complete and pass a drug test within 24 hours of an unofficial offer.

Hiring Requirements & Benefits

On Start Date:

To officially start your position with 2-1-1 TBC, you must:

  • Present an official copy of your most recent educational transcript
  • This agency participates in E-Verify. E-Verify is an electronic program through which employers verify the employment eligibility of their employees after hire.

Benefits After Hire:

We offer full benefits for all full-time employees. Benefit information can be inquired about during the interview process.

Benefits including sick and vacation accrued biweekly; health and dental is a cost share between 2-1-1 TBC and the employee; and life insurance and retirement plan are provided by 2-1-1 TBC. Other benefits available to employees for purchase are additional life insurance, vision coverage, and short-term and/or long-term disability. Elective coverage for your spouse and dependents can also be purchased at the employee’s additional expense.
